Active as an independent consultant since 2021 to support companies in successfully mastering their change processes with their employees. In addition to a time as an internal consultant, my entire professional career is mainly characterised by management tasks with a wide variety of framework conditions at home and abroad. I lived and worked in China, Slovenia and Poland for about 12 years. The span of tasks ranged from being the responsible site or divisional manager to managing director, from setting up, expanding and integrating sites to their relocation and closure. Coping with these tasks with fun and passion was always accompanied by a strong interest in people and their needs as well as their expectations towards leadership or management.

In my consulting / work, it is important to me... to meet people as equals and to help them to adjust their future to new challenges and to enjoy them.

My favorite game... doesn't exist. But I appreciate all games that stimulate through interaction, abstraction and/or simulation, encourage creativity and experience and are fun.

I'm enthusiastic about... mountains, my motorbike and sports, meeting people and... life.
